My visit had some hiccups. I found the service a bit slow at times. the room wasn't as soundproofed as I hoped it would be. I could clearly hear noise from the hallway, it got rather annoying.

the staff was friendly and efficient in every area of the hotel. reception staff provided great assistance with grab bookings etc. breakfast was very good with lovely fruit platters, and the restaurant was clean and well run. the room was clean and spacious and included everything i needed.

the internet went down right before my work call. they transferred me to a lower floor three minutes before the call. i asked for compensation, but i did not receive any information until i specifically asked for it.

incomplete kitchenettehigh noise levels

the room i had was a studio beautiful and i have to say i was a bit let down the promised kitchenette felt incomplete it lacked basic utensils and the microwave was old. also the noise levels were not great i could hear everything from the hallway and nearby rooms it impacted my sleep quality a lot. these issues combined.

efficient designhotel location

The room design felt modern and efficient. I noted the location of the gym near the laundry room was very useful. It encouraged me to work out while waiting for my laundry.

The hotel's website was not as informative as it could have been.
